Cambridge warrants all parts and products manufactured to be free of substantial defects in materials and workmanship for a period of see below from date of purchase and under normal home use:

This warranty is only extended to the original purchaser, is subject to proof of purchase, and may not be transferred to any subsequent owner. Warranties do not apply to products used for rental, commercial, business, institutional, or other non-residential applications. The warranty is determined at the sole discretion of Cambridge option limited to repair, replacement, or substitution of parts and/or products found to be defective under normal indoor residential use. Refunds are not available. In no event will Cambridge be liable for any loss or damage of any kind including but not limited to any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of this product by any person. Cambridge makes every effort to use the best materials and manufacturing techniques available. With continuous improvements, Cambridge reserves the right to change specifications in design and materials without notice and with no obligation to retrofit products previously manufactured.

The repair(s) or replacement(s) are contingent upon the current Product offerings of styles and construction options within the Cambridge Products at the time of the warranty claim. If a warranty claim is filed after a Product becomes obsolete, Cambridge reserves the right to honor the warranty in one of the following fashions:

1. To replace the affected component with a new component of the same style.
2. To replace the affected component and any other component(s) in the residential application to achieve a uniform appearance with a similar and comparable Product style of the originally purchased style.
If components are replaced, Cambridge cannot guarantee that the finish of these replacements will exactly match the finish and appearance of the components in the residential application. This is due to the changes that occur during the natural aging process, affecting its color and/or grain.

APPEARANCE DISCLAIMER

Cambridge is diligent in creating consistency; however, you should expect variation in product appearance due to finish techniques, wood characteristics, grain direction, lighting, aging and care. You should expect variations in appearance between cabinets, doors, drawer fronts, trim and/or molding, as well as within each component. Wood is a naturally grown product where the density varies within the tree, and therefore the color tone of wood varies even within the same species. The color tone of the wood veneers impacts the finish color, particularly on lighter tone stains. Grain direction can also impact the color tone of wood veneers. Finishes are applied in a variety of methods, including by hand. Any finish that requires hand scraping will have variation in color tones even on the same piece, door or drawer front. Darker finishes accentuate minor blemishes. Natural wood veneers, different species and finishes will all age at different rates, therefore product shown in displays and/or printed materials will not be an exact match to new cabinetry. Replacement doors may not match at all. Samples are to provide an approximate appearance of the product before purchase. In addition, manufacturing occasionally refines products or specifications, and samples may not reflect this activity.

LIMITATIONS
This is a parts only warranty and is only valid in the United States of America. THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER: Variation in wood grain, stain, finish, aging, and other wood veneer characteristics. Environmental influences such as water, humidity, mold, UV rays, light exposure or extreme temperature. Normal wear and tear, or misuse. Labor, installation or transportation costs. Faulty installation. Consequential or incidental damage or any damage or errors resulting from, or related to, the transport, removal, installation, or use of product. Incorrect storage, delivery or handling. Any modified or refinished product.
